About the event
This course is open to all skill levels and is designed to equip you with the fundamental skills and knowledge necessary to responsibly carry and effectively deploy a concealed firearm.
This course focuses on real-world scenarios and emphasizes the importance of safety, and practical techniques for personal defense. Acquire efficient drawing techniques from both a holster and concealment. Develop threat identification skills for effective decision-making. Our mandatory live fire exercises provide practical experience. Professional training offers the confidence and knowledge to navigate self-defense scenarios responsibly. Includes comprehensive diagnostics of your shooting technique with personalized corrective actions to enhance performance. Upon successful completion of this course, you will receive a certificate of live fire training required for most state CCW applications.

• Considerations for use of deadly force
• Safety rules
• Holster considerations
• Drawing from a holster
• Drawing from concealment
• Threat Identification (threat / non-threat)
• Getting out of the line of fire
• Mandatory live fire exercises
Includes diagnostics of your shooting and actionable corrective action(s). (Rentals are available, call the office 304-616-6582).

• Pistol
• Sturdy belt
• Holster
• Magazines (2-3)
• 150-200 Pistol rounds
• Eye and ear protection
Participants must be 18 or older. A valid US photo ID is required at registration. All students will be required to sign a waiver for this course. Registration will be in the training building. Upon entry to the facility, turn left and park in front of the tan building with the green roof.
Cancellations less than 14 days before class will result in a forfeit of $100 from registration fee. Cancellations less than 2 days before class will result in a forfeit of $200 from registration fee.
