Try Before You Buy Program
Before you buy or rent…We understand the importance of having a firearm that is comfortable for you to handle safely. Our inventory includes pistols, rifles, and shotguns. Through this program, you can try them before you go to the gun store to buy.
We don’t sell guns. You can rest assured that our staff won’t give you the hard press to choose a specific firearm. Call the office to schedule an appointment for this activity.
Our staff will work with you and answer your questions.
Once you find the 3 firearms you’re comfortable with, we can visit the range. There, you can give them a try. Then you can go to the gun store with confidence.
Session $30
(max session time: 1 hour).
Equipment for Training
If you want to join a course or schedule a lesson, but don’t yet have the firearm or all of the equipment needed, firearms are available for rent and equipment is available for sale. Daily rentals: Pistol $25, Rifle or shot gun $35.
Bay Rentals to Individuals and Public
Private bay rentals are available to experienced shooters. All bay rentals are by appointment only. Call the office to book your date/time. (304) 616-6582. First time guests may be subject to an interview or assessment.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice but can sometimes accommodate a same day booking on weekdays. Bookings may not be made more than 2 weeks in advance. Targets can be purchased at the range, or you can bring your own. Paper and polymer targets are permitted but steel targets are not. Target stands are provided as part of the rental.
Bookings are limited to 3 people per bay. You, or you and your group, will have your own private bay. For larger groups, see our Custom Outings tab. There is no limit to the amount of hours that can be booked within the hours of operation.
The current fee is $30/hr per shooter.
